When Millie had a sudden injury to her back leg, her people brought her in to KVet.
They have been clients for a long time.
Also (and Millie might not know this), they used to have a cat named Otis.
I'm sorry that I don't have a picture of Otis.
He was a very cool cat!
I took care of him for quite some time, and I remember him very fondly.
Based on their previous good experience in my practice, Millie's people had no problem thinking about bringing another pet to see me.
On their initial visit, they also met Stacey, who helped them see that rehab might also be helpful to Millie.
After a thorough exam with the vet, x-rays, and an assessment with me, we were able to identify Millie's underlying spinal issue, and make a treatment plan.
Millie is doing really well in rehab to recover from her sudden knee (stifle) injury.
She is also getting chiropractic adjustments, which are helping to stabilize her spine.
I am happy to resume a relationship with Millie's people.
I am glad to know that people know that they can rely on me to help them and their pets.
I am looking forward to Millie's recovery.
Her people, no doubt, are looking forward to that even more!
