Anybody who has spent any amount of time with me in the office knows that I laugh heartily and frequently.
This has been pointed out to me on many occasions.
The only time that I know that this was a problem, was when I was caring for a dog who was very aggressive toward me, and what really set her off was my laugh.
That was difficult.
Lord knows, I hardly go through a whole visit without laughing.
There's all kinds of science behind the benefits to your physiology of honest laughter.
(I probably lost about half of the readers just by mentioning science!)
Be like a six years old.
Be like your animal.
Be present in this moment and enjoy what it has to offer you.
If for some reason you need a reminder, look online for little kids laughing or happy dogs playing.
I hope your day just got better!
