Wednesday evening, Dr. Hill came up to me with this little parakeet in his hand, and asked me if I'd take a look at it.
At first I wasn't sure whether he was kidding or serious. When I first started at KVet, I told them that I'd see anything with four legs and fur.
Well, as many of you know, I have broken that rule plenty of times before. So, why not a parakeet?
Petsmart had brought this bird in to have Dr. Hill take a look at him.
He had been holding his head cocked to the left for quite some time.
I adjusted the bird and did some muscle work on his neck as well.
He'll come back on Monday for a recheck, and we'll see how he's doing.
It is, certainly, never boring at KVet.
Now I'm an expert in adjusting birds!
